I dont really need free assets (freedoom) because i already own the
commercial game. Why do i need a doom clone when i have the real thing?
you should try out the shareware version of doom. before buying it (from
somewhere other than steam, Like i did, because it's non-free software)

This uses the original engine, About 6 years before they released under the
GNU GPL (i think it was)
And use a DOS emulatior like DOSbox for GNU/Linux, That's under the GNU GPL
and i use it on my machines.
Again i came to the Trisquel forums because i care about free software, just
like you, Turtleman.
& why cant i use Zandronum? It's way superieor to prboom
