I think you can embed the color profile into the image you put up for display  
on the web. Not sure if you can do that with jpgs but when I open images in  
gimp sometimes it says if you want to use a different color profile than  
which is embedded with the photo. When I was taking photography classes at  
college that's how I did it you don't have to be spot on unless you really  
need it to be but just using the same color profile across devices will  
usually give you almost the same results as what you see on the screen.
