My Trisquel 7 64, +Linux 4.4(linux-libre)(here everything ready for reclock,
all patched), + GTX 770 4gb, I can run any game(all high, 144hz, 1080p, high
fps) . I play steam games too on my backd00red i7-2600. (CS:GO, Chivalry, War
for the overlord, Left4Dead, Killing Floor, Dota2, and more)(sorry, I want to
live with my non-free games, and steam has a nice support for GNU). With
nouveau.
For other uses, I take my librebooted laptops.(of course, with no steam).
All you must to do, is buy some Kepler GPU, if you do not have much money,
you can buy some gtx650, I tested it and runs very nice. You will be able to
run every libre game with high settings and nice fps. And don't forget 4.4
linux, previous kernels have no working support for reclock.
