During install i choose "erease everything and use entire disk"
Normally you don't have to alter the disk partitioning after choosing this
setting,
I have installed Trisquel 7.0 on anther computer, quad core, with Asus
P5Q-Pro motherboard
and now the install went good, so I think it's hardware related issue,
because I used the same CD
it's same that the lack of compatible (open)hardware is still the achilles
heel of Free Linux in general...
We all should work together to make a open hardware platform (motherboard,
cpu, etc) because without open hardware open source software is not
complete....
