Trelby's developers provide a DEB package:

UFO: Alien Invasion entered Debian testing:  
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/ufoai

It even entered the next Ubuntu (hence probably the next Trisquel):  
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ufoai (click on your "build" and you  
will access a page with the "built files", i.e., the DEB packages).
