Get one with U-boot... Beaglebone Black is as good choice as any because it  
can run Debian and the Ångström distribution (brilliant embedded  
distribution). Its price is pretty good right now, around €40. However all  
of those need nonfree driver/firmware for 3D acceleration. All will work for  
your above requests, even a raspberry pi (albeit with more difficulty).
