[Trisquel-users] Voice recognition software for disabled

Hi, I'm currently dealing with a person who can not use your hands to writing  
documents. Uses proprietary software for writing by voice.
I would like to go to the extensive experience of the community to see if  
there is a free program for voice recognition. Basically this person needs to  
create text documents through the voice. Libreoffice'd use to write them.
I welcome your recommendations and help on how to install and use.
