You have Nvidia gtx560ti, Fermi architecture cards still no reclock, that gpu  
stucks at lowest pstate when you demand performance. If you want to play 3d  
games like Xonotic or Red Eclipse with good performance, you must to buy some  
Kepler card, gtx770, gtx760, gtx750 (no Ti), gtx650 (no Ti).
