Windows typically acts like ext4 isn't a partition. A flash drive in ext4
won't be detected by windows. Ext4 isn't an option when formatting drives
using the built in windows tool. They play dirty, but its Microsoft, they've
always been shady. Windows media player doesn't support FLAC or ogg. These
are open formats so supporting them is trivial. But it's competing with
WMA,so nope.
