That kind of news always make me wonder how diferent is the Internet in Europe or the United States, here no one cares about Tor or VPN's.
You should see the amount of piracy you have acces to in México.The sad part is that it really hurts free software, almost in every corner there is someone who sells pirate music or movies, and for as little as 5 dollars they "clean" your pc and install windows, office and all that shit.
