Don't worry, there is also the problem that sometimes there are a lot of  
trolls that come to the forums and sometimes we are not sure if we're facing  
a troll or a someone that want's real help.

But I want to know if you have any more doubts or problems that I can help  
you with so you have an easier experience :)
