Yes, but it is hard to find sometimes, with kernel previous to 4.4 you must  
to add patches and compile nouveau.ko with headers, and after that booy with  
nouveau.pstate=1. But since kernel 4.4 you can reclock only with  
nouveau.pstate=1. Newer kernels no more need for nouveau.pstate=1. Everything  
work out of the box. After newer kernel isntalled, just "su" or "sudo su",  
and reclock gpu with command.
