tct's avatar is a reference to the fact that the full PCB CAD files for the
computer card have not been published yet. He made a big stink about this
just before the crowdfunding campaign ended because he thought this made it
deceptive for the campaign to claim that EOMA68 "has been a Libre Hardware
and Software project right from the beginning". I and many others disagree
with that assessment; for one thing, no one has received one of these
computer cards yet, and whether or not the PCB CAD files will be available by
the time they ship remains to be seen. If the PCB CAD files do get released
by that time, then they would qualify as having a libre hardware design.
