Hi Ron,
For hardware to be "libre", the printed circuit board (PCB) design
should be under a free license. RMS shares my point regarding EOMA68.
And anyway, if and when the PCB design files will be available under a
free license, modification will require a nonfree CAD software, because
the EOMA68 board has been designed using nonfree CAD software.
