In answer to your question: I used to present as a guy, named Francis Rowe.
I came out publicly, in Libreboot and the wider Free Software community, as a
transgender woman.
I adopted the name Leah Rowe.

"Deadnaming" is a type of abuse that transgender people receive, when someone
who knows their previous name intentionally refers to them by it, in an
attempt to intimidate.
What Tiberiu has done today is remind people that I used to pretend to be a
guy named Francis Rowe.
In other words, Tiberiu has outed me as a trans woman without my consent. The
fact that I'm very publicly out anyway is irrelevant; nobody on earth has a
moral right to call me Francis Rowe.
In doing what he did, he's outing me and deadnaming me. Tiberiu has, today,
intentionally reminded people of my former male name. This is a very hostile
(and sometimes even dangerous) thing to do to a transgender person. It's also
a trigger.
I'm heavily traumatized by my past life. Living as a woman for the past 12+
months has made me much happier but it doesn't solve everything; I have
scars. Wounds. What Tiberiu has done is re-open those wounds.
