[Trisquel-users] Ctrl-Alt-t doesn't open terminal

Even the keyboard shortcut of ctrl-alt-t is set to open (a/the) terminal, it  
doesn't work. I am quite sure is has been working before and I have no idea  
of what should have made it not work.

Any suggestions of what has happened and especially of how to solve this?
