For social networks, we have: Diaspora and Pump.io.

For micro-blogging: GNU Social, and Mastodon (perhaps?)

As for SourceForge, as far as I understand it, it's more targeted to
development of general projects. Also, there is a nice comparison of
similar places ([1]), and also NotABug, which would appear ranked with
"B" in the reference given at [1] if it were more popular (see [2]).
