I applaud your success, ariellab. Different people live different
circumstances, so you cannot assume everyone can set work boundaries in the
same way.
In many places of the world, it takes much courage to do many of the things
you may take for granted in your context/country/culture. This includes
setting personal-work boundaries as described in your post.
Simplistically, the difficulty in establishing one's own rules in life is
inversly proportional to priviledge (financial, aptitude, country of
provenance, etc.).
