I did have a problem with the previous ISO that was put out there a few days  
ago but the most recent (2018-02-20) works. Please try and download again,  
then burn it.

You could try growisofs.
growisofs -dvd-compat -Z /dev/srX=name_of_iso

To be clear, Ruben just updated the ISO or uploaded a new one.
