I just re-read the instructions on [1], and according to that reference, after the download page ([2]) should automatically redirect you to a page that has the corresponding hashes. I also tested this by attempting to download Trisquel 7.0 (all default options in [2]) and I was correctly redirected to the page which has the hashes, and it worked both for the direct file download method (.iso) and with the button that gives me a .torrent file instead.
