Buried in Details (System Information) in System Settings, there is a tab
that allows me to change default applications for 6 things; web, mail,
calendar, music, video, photos. How do I change defaults for anything else,
like .TXT files, or .ODT files? There used to a check box for 'always open
with ...' when I opened a file using right-click > Open with > Other
application. This no longer seems to be the case. Am I missing something?
