I don't know the answer to your question. But after I had some trouble with  
Abrowser recently (discussed in other threads) I started using Icecat 60.3.0  
and it's going well. This version of Icecat has that configuration screen  
you're looking for. So I thought I would recommend it in case your problem  
isn't easily resolved. Good luck.
