The lines in /etc/apt/sources.list that start with the chararacter "#" are  
comments: they are for the system administrator (you) and deleting them would  
not affect how APT works.

https://fr.archive.trisquel.info/trisquel/ exists: you can add the "s" to the  
protocol.
