Yes, I always use sudo apt update and it never gave any error, it says:
Hit:1 http://deb.leap.se/client release InRelease (and other hits) But as far as I try to install riseup: sudo apt install riseup-vpn leap-archive-keyring it says E: Unable to locate package riseup-vpn
