on my netbook eeepc 1001 px the new trisquel mini 9 iso have the same  
problems of all the betas (when I select "Try trisquel mini" it hangs before  
loading a desktop environment with blinking cursor and no error message.  
Trisquel mini 8 runs fine on the same netbook)
Trisquel Mini 8 dist-upgraded to 9 works very well, have only one small  
problem... in teh settings of PCManFM the single click to open file is lost  
after every reboot (and become double click to open file)
