Yes, Pete, that is interesting how the meditation compares with time-breaking 
or even "repetitive processing" as per Flemming's article.

In the training it does say that you just "think" the simple, one syllable 
mantra 
& that as a thought, feeling or sensation occurs & you notice that then you 
just effortlessly "think" the mantra again.  And it will just cycle like that 
but you don't stop to observe them as per processing.

So yes, pictures/memories do turn on sometimes or a physical twitch or 
sensation. Mostly it just sinks me so deep & so fast into what I call "the 
zone" which for me means "going exterior to the material universe" - a 
beautiful feeling - hence why it was called "transcendental" all those years 
ago.

Love the cycling analogy  yep, so right,
