Hi Pete,

I acknowledge and thank you for your letter.

The content is noted.

I understand everything you say.

I was starting to realize what you are doing, that is to audit on the fly.

I was watching issues come up and considering how to deal with them.

Are you on of the moderators of the list?

Where are you?

David

I am still working on levels 3 and 4.  I had just the beginning of auditing in scientology. Less than 100 hours so I have much to clear up before I will be able to run level 5.

I have run into the problem of avoiding doing the processing myself and have worked out a couple of ways around it. While getting auditing in the church I would get into games conditions with the auditor that interfered with either getting into session or even being sessionable.  With TROM I find it impossible to have a set time of day to audit.

First and simplest I do not “try” to find a couple of hours a day to audit.  I audit all the time.  I go over the overts and motivators triggering what I can from my subconscious mind and time breaking it.  I also take advantage of the “targets of opportunity” that life offers up on a regular basis.  When the boss gets mad or the spouse is upset or the kids are whining or I have to do a presentation and feel stage fright.  These are all freebies that life is offering up for timebreaking.  I coerce as much of the underlying incident or emotion or desire for approval, control or survival as I can that is the basis of the emotions and sensations and I timebreak everything till I feel fine again. I do this as the upset is happening while I am restimulated and vitally interested in the result. Second I re-read the book.  The TROM book is very restimulative to me and brings up conflicts from my sub-conscious so that I can run them.  I have one other book that helps with this by Lester Levenson titled “Keys to Ultimate Freedom”.  When our desires for approval, control and survival are threatened we are pushed down the tone scale.  This datum is from the “The Keys to Ultimate Freedom” and I am finding that early on while I consider myself a body with a mind full of thoughts and efforts this is more real to me as the cause of upsets in life than the “Must Be Known” “Must Know” of TROM. I need to run these junior universes of approval, control and survival before I will be ready to run the Be Known and Know material.

Since applying this “audit all the time” principle to my case I have started making progress again.

Keep on TROMming,

It is good to hear from you.

What has been your experience with TROM?

 Have you completed it?

I just started last week and it took me a few days and a couple of readings and then I got it.

 Things went well yesterday.

and I want to do more today, but I am seem to be stuck.

I find myself " avoiding on purpose" ...... to go and do it.
