I was working at Level 2 on TROM and even from the very first session I did I became aware that this timetrack I see in my mind is actually an illusion. That picture or item that I believed was responsible for how I am now in someway is in actual fact a picture created by myself Now! After a short time of using the process most of the mind stuff that was bothering me fell away because there was this knowing that these items I could view in my mind could only have an effect on me as long as I held the consideration that they were something caused by someone else or something else. Responsibility is a major factor here, blaming someone, being a victim of whatever it was in the past all cause charge to be generated in present time. There was a shift, Karma, cause and effect seemed to disappear instead whatever item came to view I could just see it in present time the past had nothing to do with it. I still use TROM Level 2 or 3 to deal with anything should it be triggered or pop up in my mind. At moment I find there is nothing bothering me that I need to get in there to deal with, I find many moments in the day when I can just be and watch life unfold before me. An awful anxiety which ran from my stomach up into my chest area which I suffered from for a lifetime has gone. I am sleeping much better, I always suffered from insomnia, organisation and completing jobs or projects much better. I very rarely need to attack or ridge at people anymore for what they may say or do. I can read the newspapers with very little charge (harmful energy) arising and if it does I can quickly let that go. I really do enjoy many times now where I am just at peace with myself, so I am enjoying that, I don't worry about anything else in the reactive mind at the moment, if there is more to deal with then when the time is right I shall see it. Listening to Lester Levenson was a great help to me, and Wayne Dyer where he describes quite accurately what happens when a person gets this shift from being the effect of things in the mind to a state of peacefulness can be quite helpful. TROM gave me the clue, that which I was looking for regarding time as we experience it in the mind.
