I understand the problem you are having. I got that much figured out. It is what ever is important to you. It does not matter. If you want a new computer then imagine it and mentally place it around you in a sphere. If you want a new girlfriend then do the same. Or like Leoncio said if you want love, then imagine love and put it all around you. Your mind exists in a space all around you, not in your head. If you take something out, you have to replace it. Then have someone else do it. That part I have not done much yet. I always forget when I am in session. And at the same time, I am not sure what it really means. Dennis often speaks in clever riddles. I don't know if he means have another do it for himself or on you? It probably doesn't matter. It is probably just a mental exercise, like brain gym or something. Maybe someone else can enlighten us on that.
