Dear Pete. Thank you. I just listened to tape "02 dissociation.mp3" where
Dennis mentions that you can differentiate and find similarities of people
to objects too. So I guess it is a moot point since the basic purpose is
being applied. Also, I've had difficulty using the enclosed list and/or
emails you talk about. I'll try some more but I haven't had much luck
personally contacting anybody. When you get time could you run down the
exact procedure for taking advantage of this service? JB

Hi John
 Nice to hear from you.

You can compare people in your past scenes with anyone on the planet now.
At the minimum you can compare them to yourself. How were they different
from you now and how were they similar to you now.

"Changes" for self auditing correspond to meter reads in scientology
auditing or changes in tone or comm lag in Dianetic auditing. If you get a
body reaction from thinking about a subject or if thinking about a situation
or person brings up emotional responses then these are changes. It might be
simpler to consider that if you ask an auditing question do you bring up a
corresponding incident or get nothing. With a meter a "nothing" reaction
might actually cause a meter to read but since we are not using a meter go
with responses that cause perceptible change.

As I get further on with level 5 I am finding that all day long I am
bombarded with news items, movie plots, family situations etc. that cause
emotional and efforting responses. All of these are charged up games that I
need to timebreak. All of the people i.e. family members, teachers,
students from my childhood can have emotional or effort charges on them that
indicate I need to time break them.

Have you ever watched a fight scene in a movie and felt yourself moving your
hands, arms and body to deliver a blow or block one? That is an efforting
response to the scene pictured.

You are correct that as you get more experience looking for things to run
with TROM you will find that you are being pushed and shoved by your minds
content every minute of the day. The goal is to recognize what already going
on and timebreak it one item at a time to they all stop being restimulated
and leave you alone.

Do continue asking questions and do post them to the TROM list as there are
many experienced people on the list who live to relate their experiences if
asked. Also read through the archive of old emails. You will find many
helpful emails there.

Sincerely,

Dear Pete. When Dennis says to eventually use people in past scenes in
level 2 rather than objects, how can I differentiate or find similarities in
present time people if I'm alone? Also, I don't quite understand "changes"
and so am operating on the basis that when something seems to be "ho-hum"
I'm going to assume it's flat or null. Besides, sometimes there might not be
any change or reaction. So, with that I'm just going to continue the best I
can assuming the more I do it the better I will understand and apply. That
should accomplish it since I feel the more I do the exercises plus
understanding the necessity of much RI, I'll eventually understand what's
going on and succeed thusly. I have a feeling so far that Dennis has laid it
out most successfully. The only reason I'm trying to get in comm with other
Tromers is to compare notes or get a better reality from someone elses
viewpoint who is doing it. I would hope it's growing group-wise. The more
knowledge, the more reality, and the more likely of success. I completed the
lower levels and the Power processes of Scientology back in the 70s so that
should be helpful in that dealing with the mind isn't particularly virgin
territory with me. And as far as when each level is complete, I'm going to
operate on the basis that over-run is better than under-run; and also be
willing to go back level-wise as far as necessary if I get into any major
seemingly unresolvable difficulties. Anyway, any help you could give me plus
any names of Tromers would be helpful. I intend to complete this magnificent
breakthrough Dennis made from Hubbards failure. His theory is impeccable and
itself enlightening since it's logically right on the money, and from his
many lectures, he sounds honest, and since I've always thought I was a good
judge of character, I'm enroute to the conclusion of level 5 and the
beginning of Nirvana. After Dennises history of Dianetics and Scientology,
to say that he couldn't find level six and then added that all of Rons
levels up the bridge were flat, I was indeed sold! Thanks, JB

Dear John, I am referring you (by sending him a copy of this) to
the man who runs the Internet list concerning TROM.

All best wishes,

Ant
