Ran for less than an hour and end result was separation out from a persisting identity of a fallen/failed ED (Executive Director), a compassionate but failed leader executive leader type. Sort of saw the postulate sets there, but did not seem necessary in order to blow him off. Result is that I am back to being myself again. However, the next morning woke up with lingering grief. Ran the emotion into the wall, mocking it up and then letting go of it. The (closed) exit door swung open and "something" left the building (Elvis?), lol! No more griefy feeling.
