RC is helping me run CCHs and also currently helps me hold the attention space for RI and some Level 2.
Hello, You asked me to send some notes about the last RI session. Thank you for helping me run it to completion. "Bring something into existence" Some positive scenes of things I would like to create in the "back 40" alternated with some less significant things like spoons, other objects, etc. Finally I brought a rock into existence. I stayed passive as per Dennis' instructions and let the imagery (i.e. "change") roll. As the process continued I started to become exterior to a "Rock" that started to look like my Bank, and I became aware of being in a Static state and felt the RI was complete. Then "Have someone else bring something into existence" which I did, choosing again some nice scenes. I then had someone mock up a smooth whitish rock. The same thing started happening and that person's rock started to turn into their bank and I became exterior to their Bank, according to the imagery as it changed. Then no more change occurred and we ended off. I followed Dennis instructions to start positive and then be passive to let the changes (i.e., imagery, realizations) occur until no more change occurs. Then we ran some Level 2 until the object from the past scene (a spoon) started to become translucent and then it went "poof" and disappeared. End of process for that evening.
