Hi Fran
I call it the surprise game, in the top state we all know but that is a no
games condition, so wer hide our knowingness and pretend to be this little
unknowing Being.

Then we can make discoveries called cognitions and realisations and surprise
ourselves on how clever we are, it's a good game, and worth doing, I enjoy it:)

Also I get to meet lots of other Beings playing the same game and there are
agreements, disagreements or should I say complementary postulates and so on,
great fun.

Oh Bugger, I might wreck the game if I go on like this:)
Best
Mike

        Hi Mike,
        Great points.
Tolle,Kinslow, 5th way processing in Sedona Method go a long way
expanding upon this level of awareness. Seems the most accurate level of
address (to me) as it deals with the true self. It also might change the way
one sees games (reality) and their structure. Spiritual reality seems to
blossom and a deep healing can occur. At least that's what I'm finding for
myself.

        Love,
        Fran

          Hi Pete
Dennis also describes this state as a timeless condition, which means
to me that there is no before or after as we know it in the mind or games
condition state.

No effort whatsoever, a perfect snchronicity with life.

Using mind concepts it is completely impossible to describe such a
state as Niravana because the mind is a lower order creation.

We can point at it and I would certainly say joyfulness is an aspect
of such a condition.

The philosophy of Non Duality points at this state very well as does
some Budhism practices, the real Self as opposed to the little self or ego. As
Dennis points out they have no knowledge of postulates or postulate structure
which we have in Trom.

A Being in this state (Niravana) can at any instant create a
postulate to have a game of some type, create a goal to achieve, however the
instant they do they are now subject to effort, negative forces to oppose them
and the content of the
reactive bank if they have one, without opposing forces there is no
game.

Although Niravan sounds nice it is my opinion that it is a perfectly
useless state to be in while inhabiting a body in the physical universe, no
game sensation at all.

I should think most people could get a taste of Niravana by using
some type of meditation technique, after a while the thinking mind dissolves
and it is at that point that I have no words to decribe it because there is no
thinking mind.

          Best
          Mike

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Dennis talks about achieving a state he called Nirvana and about
getting to a condition where you can willingly play or not play games. He was
not very clear on what Nirvana would be like.

My understanding so far is that Nirvana is a condition of simply
being. That is existing without any doingness or havingness toward others or
things. So just existing.

Lester Levenson in â?oKeys to Ultimate Freedomâ? states that
unhappiness is a condition we cause for ourselves by deciding that we lack
something. So our native state is Joyfulness. This would be like the joy you
feel when you fall in love with someone who returns the feeling. Joy filled
then is feeling this loving feeling without the need to be loving a particular
other person.

Harmless toward others is of course the no games condition. If I am
in a game I am trying to have an effect on others. If I want to not be playing
any game then I want to have no effect on others. So the simple way to say this
is harmless toward everyone.

Nirvana as I see it is then the state of being, joy filled and
harmless toward others.

Meditation is the focused thinking of something or nothing. The
creating of an attitude or point of view and holding it. This will necessitate
dealing with anything that comes up while holding the attitude. In the CCHs
processes the pc is kept at the simple procedure as their reactive mind throws
at the PC everything it can to stop the process from occurring. Meditation is
the same. Trying to hold a point of view will bring up reactive mind content
which will distract you from your point of view. Release on or time break or
just reaffirm the point and continue. With continued practice you will be able
to achieve the point of view for longer periods of time. When you can hold it
indefinitely you are at Nirvana and able to attain a games free condition at
will.

The above is not from Dennis but something I have applied to myself
to achieve the goal of TROM. It works for me so I offer it to everyone in hopes
that it will be helpful.

          Keep on TROMing

          Pete
