Hi Further to my recent message. I tried punching in "Forced to know" the first command and I am on a state of being pretty doubtful wether this is going to work for me, I had to do that about half a dozen times. Suddenly an incident pops up from when I was aged 13, being told off in front of about 40 or more people, Good God! you should have seen the charge come off, I couldn't stop yawning.
Bloody hell, this is so simple, it works, run the command, incident pops up, timebreak it, run RI when required and away you go, I dunno, it's so simple, couldn't see it before. Also, very often when I am just sitting there relaxing a phenomena turns on where incidents just pop up into my mind, I look at them, I yawn away, that disslves and then another incident pops up, this goes on for about half an hour, I have not a clue why that happens it just does. I am always surprised actually how just touching parts of the body as in EFT or QE can produce so much discharge of blocked energy, I have come across the same effect using the touch assist from Scientology, cognitions all sorts of things arise in the mind, hopefully for the betterment of the person. Anyway, I shall see how this level 4 works by punching in the concepts as described and see what arises in the mind. Bye for now.
