These two messages resound that I have found out in my last sessions: "I have of late, whilst doing RI, been creating importances that are more than just physical universe objects? For example I just recently created the importance of getting an acknowledgement to a communication. And then when doing "Have another create an importance" - I had him creating the importance he would attach to receiving an acknowledgement from me. Interesting changes occur. Whenever I use desired importances - eg. Importance of creating peace in Iraq and then another creating the importance of war, I find I have a shift of viewpoint and a surge of Beingness and understanding. Re: How much RI - or when to stop? Doing RI until no more change occurs is rather vague as the more one does RI the more change seems to occur. All in a positive direction. Time breaking discharges but leaves a vacuum, which needs to be filled with RI - or so it seems to me. I would suggest that one follows Dennis's injunction to continue Time breaking until no more change - unless you can't bear the anguish, pain or grief and have to interrupt and do RI. Then do RI until you are able to continue Time breaking again to no more change. Sometimes after doing RI when returning to Time breaking - I have found "no charge" there. Well, then I leave it and go onto something else. I am Time breaking persons and significant incidents. I haven't found anything with much charge in it of late. I do RI whenever the need arises or just for the "Hell" of it. The RI - I find effective is the third alternative Dennis gives: "Third alternative: a) Create an importance. b) Have another create an importance. Many will prefer this set, and should use it." I use this in preference to creating "SOMETHING". Something I misinterpreted as being ONLY a physical thing. Definition of "IMPORTANCE" : Of great significance or value. The importance of owning a smart car has to do with comfort, safety, admiration from others, etc. This is more than just a picture of a Merc. :-) Create the importance of laughter. The various objects having values for me and others. But not for a long time I have found out that now this style doesn't compensate importance for me. Another just as it was described by Martin became important.It is the importance of more spiritual things. Emotions. Thoughts. Considerations. Postulates. I have such sensation that, in sessions any firm things earlier were discharged, the importance of material objects left, any painful efforts were discharged. Now there are changes at higher level. These are changes at level of emotions and thought. Thoughts and emotions are similar to a core which keeps on itself all these pictures containing any painful efforts. RI of firm and massive things helped for leaving of painful efforts.
