That did the trick for me. Now I just create importance around me, 360 I place it around the whole universe with me in the center or off to one side too. Interiorizing into the sun feels SOOOOO GOOD !!! too. Try it some time . You'll love it RI has become very easy to do and I perceive my creations just much as I know I've got my cloths on around my body. Its very solid now. Anyone who is doing it correctly will get better with it with practice. You'll have no doubts as to whether it needs running or not or that you've created an importance. Some days I'll run RI for a few minutes and material will start to show up for t,brking . I use that as my indicator that its topped off and proceed to general timebreak what ever shows up. Then use Lev five. Dennis used op pro by dup objectives for his warming up exercise prior to his solo sessions. Aka book and bottle but you can use tree and telephone poll too. Works very well for me. I do a bit of Looking at walls, walking over to them, touching them, now and again, (known as 8c) when there are too many things bubbling up in my socalled "mind".
