Good that you asked that and I enjoyed scanning that.

Generally, it is safest for me to presume that I am larger, either finitely
or infinitely, than any psychotherapy process. I simply agree to use that
process and in doing so agree as much as I need to for the process to serve
my purposes -- agree to fit myself within the parameters or boundaries.

After a good session I expand and feel larger or exterior to what we call
the mind. Something got looked at and came apart, lost its grip, so
obviously it is something separate from "me".

That "me" I humbly consider to still be a composite of a pure state and
whatever is left that it is still guarding.

And yes, I saw what you are saying about the concept of the "analytical
mind". I did, for purposes of a game, agree to operate within a system of
"conscious" and "subconscious" mindsets.

Tracking with Dennis, however, I agree to use his term "analytical" to mean
it as he meant it, i.e., the being who can operate outside of the mental
mass or the "mind" as he portrays it. It is a workable theory, or a nice
story to tell the kiddies while they are doing their clearing work :-)

The part that I am clearing is the part that is not serving me in present
time living and the part that analyzes in PT still serves me, so the more of
it the better.

This starts to lead me into a discussion about subjective and objective
viewing, which might be good for another thread.

cheers!
colleen
