Slim,

RE: Source:

When I posted:

*Says, something to the effect: everything (all of creation) always
was. Then he continues........ with something to the effect, (without going
back and rereading the book to find out his exact words): Is that so hard
to imagine? Is it so hard to imagine, that everything that exists, did not
come into being, was not created, but always existed?*

I did not mean that I was ascribing to that Neo Tech idea. I was being
facetious.

When I read that my BS meter went off. (And I certainly do not have the
answer either.)

But I would like to challenge him on the idea, some day. But that is not a
near enough of a priority for me yet.

There are a couple of books that I recommend reading for you, and they are:
The Oahspe bible, a channeled bible:

and the Urantia book:

*Excerpt from wikipedia:*

*The Urantia Book* (sometimes called the *Urantia Papers* or *The Fifth
Epochal Revelation*) is a
spiritual<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirituality>and
philosophical <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philosophy> book that
originated in Chicago <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago> sometime
between 1924 and 1955. The authorship remains a matter of speculation.

The authors introduce the word "Urantia" as the name of the planet
Earth<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earth>and state that their intent
is to "present enlarged concepts and advanced
truth."[1]<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Urantia_Book#cite_note-FOOTNOTELewis2003138-1>
[2]<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Urantia_Book#cite_note-FOOTNOTEThe_Urantia_Book19551-2>The
book aims to unite religion, science and philosophy,
[3]<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Urantia_Book#cite_note-FOOTNOTELewis2003129-3>and
its enormous amount of material about science is unique among
literature claimed to be presented by celestial
beings.[2]<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Urantia_Book#cite_note-FOOTNOTEThe_Urantia_Book19551-2>
Among
other topics, the book discusses the
origin<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Origin_of_life>and meaning
of life <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meaning_of_life>, mankind's place in
the universe <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universe>, the relationship
between God <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God> and people, and the life of
Jesus <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesus>. It has been described as "a
rich and complex moral narrative, equal parts
Tolkien<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J.R.R._Tolkien>and St.
Paul
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Paul>."[4]<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Urantia_Book#cite_note-Nasht2006-4>

The Urantia Foundation <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urantia_Foundation>, a
U.S.-based non-profit group <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-profit_group>,
first published *The Urantia Book* in 1955. In 2001, a jury found that the
English book's copyright was no longer valid after
1983.[5]<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Urantia_Book#cite_note-Michael2003-5>The
English text became a public
domain <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_domain> work in the United
States,[6]<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Urantia_Book#cite_note-FOOTNOTELewis2007208-6>and
in 2006 the international copyright expired.
