I had a nightmare in which I had to squirm into a narrow cave in the dark to fetch a box. I was terrified of the confined space but went in anyway. When I touched the box I had the feeling something was hitting my bed all around me. It was so real I woke up and felt around to see if my little dog had jumped onto the bed. Nothing was there. I realized I had an opportunity there to time break this thing so I went back into the cave again re-experiencing the fear and claustrophobic and sensations of squeezing through the tunnel walls that we're touching my hips and shoulders as I proceeded. When I touched the box again I felt the impacts around me on the bed so I had to open my eyes and look at what was there. I was amazed to find nothing was on the bed. Again I went through the scene and this time the sensation of impacts on the bed was indistinct.
A couple of more times through the incident and it was just ho-hum. I had run out the somatics and the emotions in the incident but couldn't see the postulates. I am still not shire why I had to go into the cave and get the box or what was attacking me for attempting to get the box. Maybe those details will turn up when I get to level 5.
