Okay, restarting RI after several months of doing other things. I'm often not certain if I am doing it correctly for the desired results and I appreciate helpful feedback from those who are actually doing RI and on a higher level than I am.
At start of RI mind noisy and it took a few minutes of observing it to see how to be complementary with mental output. "Create something" became "Create a problem - 360" By specifying the "something" was not sure if I am getting the desired benefits of RI. However, the process ran marvelously and the mind went quiet, with bursts of rejection laughter. My, what a good creator I am, After that could better run "Create Something" starting with creating some more lighthearted scenarios and putting all around me 360. Once I get through the "not-fun" start, I agree with Dennis that this IS a fun activity. colleen
