Hi Colleen,

This is really great to hear.

I would suggest that RI is handling you as a being, your consciousness and allowing you to stop actively holding yourself back and allowing you to expand your creativity and unbinding your willingness to create anything.

Then I would suggest that continuing to do TimeBreaking is undoing the control that your mind exerts on your consciousness.

A two pronged attack on that which is holding you back, your mind and your raw consciousness not wanting to get to extreme on creativity. I never thought about it this way before. One's state of being can be improved with two separate processes, each method working on separate and different parts of one's beingness. One a doingness and the other an un-doingness. Both are quite valid and workable, stand alone.

I love it! Does everyone get that? Dennis actually put up two therapies to handle what ails one's beingness and ability and I can also see how RI is the higher process in that it works with the beingness in bypassing the mind. It works with the greatest ability of consciousness, consciousness itself and its ability to create. The mind never created anything on its own.

Yes, we have created the only thing that can possibly hold back consciousness, we have created our own personal mind. Only God is capable of holding God back with his creation of his own personal mind.

Keep on TROMmoing, Paul

Hello, Pete,

Thank you for filling me in. I know if creative RI does not start producing change (sometimes uncomfortable at first) rather quickly, then I revert to perceptual RI to produce change and relief.

Taken from Judith Methven's TROM Processing Instructions:
Exercise changes:

A change can be in awareness, sensation, emotion, mood changes, body changes, yawning, over-stimulation of the body’s nervous system, queasy stomach etc. When there are no more changes – go to the next exercise on the level/Grade.

Lately, I find myself line charging (laughing off importances as my mind brings them up), but I do not necessarily consider that the end of the RI exercise, although I find I can do a Level 2 exercise at that point. It is just that line-charging can sometimes take hours and even days (I do not take any mood altering substances, the laughter being entirely natural).

The reason I do not consider line-charging the end of RI is that -- when RI is continued -- eventually my mind will bring up some importance that I cannot laugh off. Things get serious again and continued RI will de-stress that sticky importance.

I have not found doing beginning of Level 2 to be curative of stress, however it does help me build confidence and competence with timebreaking and insight into how my mind associates things.

The Sedona Method Course and RI are useful for de-stressing until I can see myself competently doing routine timebreaking of stressful incidents. Starting the morning with perceptual RI is most helpful to get the day going well.

Here is a .doc file of Judith's writeup. If it does not transfer email me if you would like to receive it.
