Every a.m. I do the RI commands and then start Level Two. It is with more ease than before that I can bring up brightly colored scenes and scroll through them, sometimes yawning off charge.
Since I spend some time in the kitchen I always scan the previous day in the kitchen and with the food, etc. It is interesting, after years of cooking, how certain objects will have more incidental charge and changes occurring before it goes flat on the object, especially knives [wry smile]. This alone might resolve some compulsions. So everyday I scan the previous day and sometimes during midday will do the same. Practice makes it easier -- and more fun. Then I create importances regarding food preparation, etc.for myself and for others, and I feel my creativity is opening up in that area (although now my diet is mostly raw fruits on the hoof, so to speak, but I still enjoy creative cooking for others). colleen
