1. Metta is a term used frequently by Buddhists and is a Pali language term meaning roughly "lovingkindness" and is a meditation practice. If they put it all around them 360 degrees then it looks like an RI practice too. 2. Dennis means to have the being exercised in complementary postulates (lovingness) as well as vanishing the limiters. Dennis also says the universe is Life and Postulates. (Postulare is Latin for "to demand", i.e., Life makes demands, or postulates)
I took this last datum up in my RI, yesterday and mocked up my daughter (for example) and saw THIS is life and postulates over and over again. It seemed to take me beyond the beyond, sitting on a very high mountaintop. Try it and tell me what it does for you: Life and postulates is what we are. I also did this with a bird I had been doing Level 2 on and got a nice reward for that too: Life and limiting postulates is all everything is. Objectively I knew that and use it as a senior stable datum for vanishing the mind and healing techs, but I'd never practiced it in RI before. But when one subjectively sees what they see as life and postulates that seems to put an end to duality, including love and not love. It also helped me to see the limiting postulates of that particular life+postulates package. Yes, it is all ME + postulates.
