You are so right, Svoboda, and thank you for providing more useful insight on how to cure these conditions.
Last week I ran out an upset thinking it was about "To Help" and in the end I realized it was about "To Love", but ultimately I realized my weird attraction/aversion to people who mostly exhibit a "must not know" tendency. Seeing the whole thing as a postulate struggle did it for me, and I scanned out all related incidents - and I'm not on Level 5 - I just know the theory quite well.
