Very interesting Colleen! I think this post could be helpful to starters because IMHO the construction of TROM had as target advanced auditors for purposes of feedback. That's why half the book is about level 5. If the aim was solo-beginners Level 1 and 2 would probably have 10 times more explaining.
Creative RI seems to be a very malleable tool in my opinion and I think advanced guys would consider it that. Using it to multiplicate present-life-situation subjects is a good idea in my opinion. That's because these subjects could probably grab much of one's attention during the beginning of RI, if you've happened to choose a mundane object for RI. For example: a person with money worries would probably do some RI around money objects. Money is what your mind is automatically creating; so you'd just do the automatic consciously to regain control faster and proceed faster. That would be RI command #1. For command #2 of RI I sometimes mock up some person + a confession of mine or something of mine that's is a not-expressed thing of mine that I want to put out -> and the acknowledgement from that person (which is usually an expression or gesture) is the byproduct or his 'creation' or 'importance', which I place all around me. The placing is sometimes only 6-directional if RI is going quick. Sometimes I use more directions to avoid dullness since I prefer doing quick repetitions. Here is an example of an RI session 1. Create something interesting (like glass balls) all around me until it gets dull 2. Create an entertaining, interesting or pleasant person and intend that he create something espontaneously. That is sometimes something funny almost out of the blue, sometimes is a fragment of my previous thoughts. Run that until it's dull. 3. If... 3.a) it's going smooth I stick to this formula 3.b) there's something that keeps persistently grabbing attention I try to formulate the next commands #1 and/or #2 trying to address that something. 2016-02-21 9:00 GMT-03:00 <[email protected]>: > > Today's Topics: > > 1.
