I've been saying to myself I really need to open up my Level Five Trom file and start meditating on that chart some more, and never would do it - the thought just never could persist long enough before my mind kicked back in. But today, while doing RI I caught a moment where my mind was pushed out of the way, and I said to myself, "Now is your time - DO IT!" and I DID IT! YAY! I'm soooo glad I did too :-)) Also, if things got any worse I was going to use a type of Idenics tech to find some incidents related to self-discipline or resistance, or whatever I felt it should be worded as..... find an incident, locate the decision(s) made in the confusion(s). Use a bit of Repeater Tech to break loose what would most likely be some polarized decisions....A structured form of Level Three timebreaking. Let's have fun doing this! colleen
