answering to your question : what you suggest is a second phase of
handling a suppression.It comes after you have dealed with a suppressive
aggression.
First you stop the other person on using violence on you,then you bring
into existence a new model of living that makes the old obsolete.

warm and fluis and soft like the sea of the Caribbean , or you can be
strong and hard like
