Some interesting posts about the body. When I reached a certain level of awareness I realised that the body is a game piece in this grand game on the planet and I think Dennis said it when the game is done we, like in chess, put the game pieces back in the box :)
And LRH said somewhere an entire therapy could be run on body consciousness. One of the fastest way to raise tone is focusing on the body and its well being. The body the body the body. It becomes a trap like everything else and before you know it you are back in the queue wanting or needing another. For us it is finding a balance in what we devote our attention to. A division somewhere between my spiritual pursuits, taking care of my responsibilities all along the dynamics, and having FUN while I am here. The world is often too focused on body consciousness and becomes entrapped by the games involving it. I examine everything from the point of view of attention. How much conscious energy will it cost me to devote time and attention to it. Is it worth it in the end? Does it serve any purpose beyond this lifetime? Happy Tromming...
