My Level Three timebreaking is deliberately focused on incidents involving
covert game strategies (mostly in childhood). I also want to know what
decision(s) I made during an incident and unfix those decisions. For
example: "she's dangerous" alongside "I need her". Repeater tech seems to
work to thoroughly unfix them and brings up more material to timebreak.

I always feel some suppressed shame dissipating while timebreaking
interactions with a covertly gamey person after I've seen both sides and
realized it as a Games Loop. To explain, sometimes timebreaking one
incident brings up scenes from the past where I did the same to s'one else,
and I timebreak those too. I also usually see how other players in the game
are just pieces I managed to manipulate; otherwise I have no care or
compassion or interest in them except that they might help me defeat my
opponent, win the game.

After that, what usually remains sticking in a scene are the aesthetic
feelings I get from a scene - both attachments and aversions - to both
people and objects. Dropping down to Level Two resolves that and the
remaining scene unsticks.

A sidenote: Dennis says when he first experimented with Level Two type
processes, "It nearly took my head off!" Dennis was a "theta clear" with
expanded viewpoints and perceptics, so he knew he was onto something
powerfully transforming.
