Pete, that is really good news that you have gained that command power over your mind doing the practices of TROM. I can appreciate what you are saying because I too have noticed this big change with myself the more intently I work to peel away the layers of the mind-entity.
For example, in my last session looking at a childhood caretaker who I've always thought ill of - and deservedly so - suddenly I felt a wave of love and compassion for this person and very concerned about their own spiritual condition. I no longer had any investment in the game, and the role I had played. This is the detachment and compassion that Buddha spoke of. And Jesus said "love thine enemies" - well when you no longer see them as an enemy that is possible. Yes, just a little simple RI will start to let the sunshine in :-) love, colleen
